Terms and conditions
To begin the booking process for your tour with Africa Bucket list, you can contact us via email or phone call, and a personal travel consultant will be designated to you. This consultant will be responsible for communicating with you and arranging all of the details of your tour. Once the details have been agreed upon, an invoice will be issued, and you can confirm your booking by making a deposit payment.
Your tour will be considered confirmed once the deposit payment reaches our account, and our travel consultant will inform you immediately. The deadline for the deposit payment will be set by our consultant, depending on the type of tour.
Full payment for your tour must be made 14 days before the scheduled start date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with our consultant. All of our travel packages must be fully prepaid. Failure to make timely payments without prior notification to or arrangements with our Company may result in cancellation of your booking. Any deposit made may be forfeited according to our cancellation policies.
Please note that all transaction-related charges applicable to your payments must be covered by you, including banking commissions for both sender and receiver in wire transfers. A 3.5% surcharge will be applicable to all credit card payments. If the deposit and final payments made to our accounts are incomplete for any reason, we will charge you for the missing amount upon your arrival in Tanzania.

We want to inform you about our policy regarding your luggage and valuables during your tour with us:
We cannot take responsibility for any luggage lost, destroyed or delayed by airlines or any other transportation provider not affiliated with our company.
If you booked a Kilimanjaro climbing tour with us and your luggage is lost or delayed and you had your climbing gear in it, we will provide you with free equipment from our hiring shop only for those items that were in your luggage. Any other items not included in your lost luggage will be provided at the regular cost.
We will not be in charge of contacting the airline to check the status of your lost or delayed luggage, nor will we transport it to the hotel upon arrival. If your luggage arrives after you, you will need to pay a luggage delivery fee for it to be transported from Kilimanjaro International Airport to the hotel.

If you wish to have your valuables, personal possessions, or luggage stored securely, you may ask our managers to store them in our company safe. We will lock them up and assume full responsibility for their safety, as our safe is under constant video surveillance and has an alarm.
Please note that we take the safety and security of our clients’ belongings seriously, and we will do our best to assist you in case of any issues with your luggage or valuables.
You acknowledge and agree that during our tours, photos, videos, and other media images may be taken by our employees or other tour participants, which may include your image.
