Terms and conditions

  1. Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and ensure a mutually beneficial experience for all parties involved. By engaging in our services or participating in a trip to Tanzania, you agree to abide by these terms. We encourage you to carefully read through the following information to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and requirements. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We look forward to embarking on a memorable journey with you in Tanzania.
  • To begin the booking process for your tour with Africa Bucket list, you can contact us via email or phone call, and a personal travel consultant will be designated to you. This consultant will be responsible for communicating with you and arranging all of the details of your tour. Once the details have been agreed upon, an invoice will be issued, and you can confirm your booking by making a deposit payment.
  •
  • Your tour will be considered confirmed once the deposit payment reaches our account, and our travel consultant will inform you immediately. The deadline for the deposit payment will be set by our consultant, depending on the type of tour.
  •
  • Full payment for your tour must be made 14 days before the scheduled start date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with our consultant. All of our travel packages must be fully prepaid. Failure to make timely payments without prior notification to or arrangements with our Company may result in cancellation of your booking. Any deposit made may be forfeited according to our cancellation policies.
  •
  • Please note that all transaction-related charges applicable to your payments must be covered by you, including banking commissions for both sender and receiver in wire transfers. A 3.5% surcharge will be applicable to all credit card payments.
