An Africa Bucket List staff member will collect you from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and take you to Rivertree Country inn where you will rest for the night and have dinner. Your guide will brief you on the organisation of your stay, and you can take advantage of the hotel and its facilities to start your adventure the next day.

After breakfast, head for Tarangire Park, around 2 hours from Arusha. On the way, admire the vibrant colours of Tanzania, and you may catch a glimpse of Maasai herders with their herds. Once you arrive, you'll be in the park home to Tanzania's largest population of elephants. You'll also have the chance to see buffalo, lions and the many other animals that live here.

Lunch will be served at mid-day.

At the end of the day, you'll head to your hotel, where you'll be served dinner cooked by the lodge's chef.

After breakfast, we head for the Serengeti National Park. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is the pearl of Tanzania. Enjoy a safari and breathtaking scenery. Admire, be on the lookout. Considered the most famous park in the world, you'll discover wildlife in an idyllic setting. Your driver/guide will be delighted to share his experience with you. Lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, eagles, giraffes, hippos and millions of other animals will be there for you.

At the end of the day, you'll head back to your lodge to take in the marvellous surroundings and enjoy the sunset.

After an early breakfast, you will cross the Rift Valley to reach the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest caldera in the world. Animals live in this crater, which is 22.5 km in diameter and 600 metres deep, providing a breathtaking backdrop. You'll be on the lookout for the Big 5, including the black rhino!
