When you arrive at the airport, our guide will be there to welcome you to Tanzania. I will take you to your hotel to relax. You will have a briefing on the days ahead to explain how your itinerary will work.

The visit begins with a trek to the Materuni waterfall.
Then we will spend half a day relaxing in the natural hot springs
hidden in the Chemka jungle!

After breakfast, we head for Tarangire. We will be greeted by a multitude of majestic baobabs that line the savannah. Tarangire is famous for being home to the largest population of elephants in Tanzania. Our experienced guide will lead us through grassy plains, swamps and rivers, in search of Tarangire's iconic animals, such as lions, leopards, giraffes and zebras.

After an early breakfast, you will cross the Rift Valley to reach the Ngorongoro Highlands. You will spend most of the day at the foot of the ‘world's largest caldera’ on game drives trying to spot the Big Five as well as many other animals. Lunch will be a picnic at one of the picnic sites, and later in the afternoon you will return to your accommodation.

Very early in the morning at 4am you will be welcomed by our partners to take off in a hot-air balloon in the heart of the Serengeti Park.
After your ballooning experience, you will celebrate your descent with a drinks ceremony. You will then set off to explore the park for a full day.

Wake up early and set off at dawn to observe the wildebeest migration in the north of Serengeti. Follow the movement of the herds as informed by your guide and try to witness some spectacular river crossings, where the wildebeest brave the crocodiles to reach new grazing areas. It's an impressive and moving sight to see these thousands of animals on the move.

We'll be exploring the central Serengeti region in search of lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes and other iconic species. Your experienced guide will help you spot the animals and share information about their behaviour and habitat.

This morning we wake up early for an early safari with a packed breakfast. At 10:30am you will be transferred to the Serengeti airport where you will take off for Zanzibar. For the next five nights you will stay at the Next Paradise Boutique Hotel, situated on Zanzibar's beautiful white sandy beaches.
