After everyone is aboard, you will embark on a 240 km drive to the stunning Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park covers a vast area of 14,763 square kilometers, making our notions of distance seem insignificant.
The Serengeti is home to the iconic "Big 5" – elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard. It is also known for its population of beautiful Impalas, adding to the visual delight of the landscape. The park boasts the largest concentration of plains game in Africa, making it an ideal safari destination. The Seronera area of the park, situated in the central part, is particularly rich in wildlife and features the Seronera River, a valuable water source that attracts diverse species.
Look out for the numerous lion prides that thrive in this area and take time to appreciate the "Kopjes", massive granite boulders standing amidst the sea of grass that provide shelter to a variety of flora and fauna. A picnic lunch will be provided during the day-long game drive, allowing you to spend more time observing the wildlife.
As the sun sets, you will return to your accommodation for a hearty dinner and a peaceful night's rest. The Serengeti National Park promises an unforgettable experience that will leave you with memories to cherish for a lifetime.
